How to use a Moment Card

Pick the behavior, age, and moment, then read the words out loud.

From Home, choose the category that matches what is happening, then tap the behavior.
Select the moment: Calm this down, Stop unsafe behavior, or Repair afterward.
Check the wording age range. Tap Change if you need more concrete language for this moment. That change is only for this visit — it does not update your child's saved age.
Read Say this out loud. Follow Do this now. If it keeps going, use the next step. On unsafe cards, follow Safety step first.
Tap Give me a different phrase if the first wording does not fit. You will get another approved script for the same situation.
